How it all
started...

Brewing in Whistler since 1989

First established in 1989 by a group of local beer enthusiasts, the Whistler Brewing Company is a pioneer in the BC craft beer revolution. Located in and inspired by the famous world class ski resort, Whistler Brewing offers a wide selection of award-winning beers, with original and interesting recipes catering to a wide variety of craft beer consumer tastes!

Today, the company proudly remains 100% BC owned and brewed. Whistler Brewing brews a wide selection of award-winning beers, inspired by the location that encourages exploration and caters to a variety of tastes. The company has a malt-forward approach to craft brewing and is known for developing original and interesting recipes.

There is a little bit of Whistler in every one of our products.  We want to share the stories, the experiences, and our simple love of craft beer. Our brewing philosophy remains unchanged from our inception in 1989.

  • To brew small batches of unique craft beers with personal care and attention.

  • To never high gravity brew, no cutting corners!

  • To ensure that every can or keg of Whistler beer meets with the flavour profile guidelines.

  • To maintain the highest level of cleanliness and plant sanitation standards.

  • To only use the choicest malt, hops and pure water. No additives. No preservatives.

“Authentic, Hand Crafted, Artisan Beers.  This is the Whistler way.”
