Returns
If your refund requires a physical return:

Items must be shipped back to the address provided by our customer service team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable):

Damaged or Defective Items
