Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund requests under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at store@whistlerbeer.com with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Reason for the refund request

 

Once we review your request, we’ll provide instructions for returning the product, if applicable.

Returns

If your refund requires a physical return:

  • Items must be shipped back to the address provided by our customer service team.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

 

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable):

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide photos of the issue, and we will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please request a refund and place a new order.
