Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

• Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• During high-volume periods (promotions, holidays, special releases), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Delivery location

• Order size and weight

• Selected shipping method

Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other external factors.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

• British Columbia

• If your location is not available at checkout, unfortunately we cannot ship to that address at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

• Tracking number

• Carrier information

• Link to track your package

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Shipping of Alcoholic Products

• We do not ship alcoholic beverages under any circumstances.

• Any alcoholic products shown on our website are available for in-store purchase only and are not eligible for delivery or shipping.

Incorrect Adress

Customers are responsible for ensuring correct shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address cannot be refunded or replaced.
